I am very happy with the time and explanations to questions/concerns every time we have been to the practice. I do have a comment: I was surprised by the high cost of Rx/supplements at least 2x since we got our puppy (once it was a pro-biotic, and this time Zylkene). It would be helpful to be given a quote when a supplement or Rx is suggested, and also for services, before or at the visit (depending on situation). I also compared the cost of Zylkene 450mg ($96) with Chewy.com where it lists at $56. I can understand a small mark-up, but that seems extreme. Thank you.

I am not sure if you mean vet visit in July or grooming in September. Grooming was excellent. Very satisfied with new groomer. Vet visit in August, Only problem was the answering service told us they would call us back and we waited 25 minutes and had to call again, she kept saying they were in a meeting and could not be disturbed, we were there to pick up meds. I had called that day to make sure you were open and we could stop to pick up her meds. When we were there to see Dr Lisa In July it went smoothly and Dr. Lisa was as compassionate as always.

I very much want to be with my pet during exam. Much is lost without this and if it is good enough for pediatric services it should certainly be workable in a veterinary environment

The system has worked out great for routine physical appointments and for surgery appointment.

I had to wait several days for Luna to be examined for bloody urine, frequent urination and urinating outside the box. I had hoped to be able to get her in as soon as possible, understanding that COVID circumstances have changed the offices ability to function as it had before. However, perhaps, a small section of time could be dedicated to more urgent pet needs so that a cat in distress can be seen sooner. I do understand that all pets needs are urgent. Thank you.

Not sure if the survey registered my comments correctly but everything about the service was great. In this time of the pandemic everything was streamlined and efficient.

I was wondering how the appointment for Flyer would be since he hadn t needed to be seen since the COVID adjustments. Everything went pretty well and the staff seem to be handling it with their usual polite cheery attitude. Hang in there during these challenging times.
