We have our dogs an another veterinarian clinic and while their operation and interaction was efficient pre-covid, their process ought to as streamlined as yours is considering their amount of clients and patients. Thank you for mastering “running smoothly/business as unusual” during a pandemic.

Staff was amazing when needing to transfer my dog to the gurney to assist him inside, they were all extremely friendly. Dr. Kate was very informative on my dog Capone while in their care, and provided the best way to help him feel better!!

Jackson was a little hesitant to go with the tech who came out to the car. The tech quickly put Jackson at ease and he went willing inside. Dr Chris always takes great care of Jackson and came out to the car to answer all my questions. Questions are always fully and clearly answered and I never feel rushed. Thank you!

I was very happy with the service and great Vets

While we love Chris, and he as truly saved some of our cats. We had never met Chris and when PIXEL cut himself badly Chris told us to come a 1130pm and greater PIXEL ????Put in the past few years it seems the $$ has got more expensive. More expensive than why most of our friends pay. A stray that a neighbor shared $ to be fixed and shots. We had to bring Albert for his booster and the office visit was $25+shots came to less than $85 so with $ getting so tight with covid we may have to change vets. We don t want to but $ is getting harder to budget.

When I initially called, I told the young lady who answered the phone that my dog Bella was sick and needed to be seen. She told me that I couldn’t bring her until Monday and I should take her to an emergency vet. I have been a customer at your office for twenty years and have taken every one of our dogs there. Also, Bella is now an older dog. My husband and I thought the worse. The person on the phone was not sympathetic at all! I had my husband call back and whoever he spoke to allowed him to bring Bella right over. We do appreciate that very much. Dr Underhill took great care of Bella and even called us later to check on her. This is the first time that someone refused to give me an appointment for a sick animal.
