JT is absolutely wonderful. She is kind and loving to my dog. Her love for animals is glaringly apparent. A lady with a big heart. She is the reason my dog and I enjoy Aqua Paws so much. All my scores above were excellent, but they do not seem to show

I appreciated getting Stewie seen the same day I called. I am a returning client; and as always, the staff is very gracious and helpful. Dr Smith took the time to explain things to me, the situation, scenarios, what could lie ahead, etc. Great experience and still working on getting Stewie better. Thanks (:

Dr. Smith was amazing!! When we brought Bailey in we didn’t know what was happening with him. Dr. Smith was sympathetic and so helpful. He took lots of time with us and he explained Bailey’s condition clearly and let us know what the the recommended treatment plan was. We have no doubt that he saved Bailey’s life and we are forever grateful!

Village Park Animal Hospital s staff is truly amazing. From the moment we picked up the phone to schedule the appointment to the moment we left we felt truly welcomed by everyone. My fiance and I brought in our Carpet Python, Buddy for a check up and felt like celebrities! Everyone was intrigued and genuinely excited to meet and or hold him. Doctor Jeffrey was exceptional and helped us understand our slithery friend that much better. We will be recommending Village Park Animal Hospital to all family and friends, keep up the good work!

Staff is Great!! Software that communicates the Pets appointments, RX Needs, etc. are not accurate ie., not “real time” sensitive.
