I had two appointments this week. I waited a half hour for Johnny s acupuncture. That was too long for him. For Alexander, we got into the room immediately so that he was able to be in peace and quiet. The aquarium in the waiting room is too noisy for a frightened cat. The proximity to the parking lot is also upsetting for a scared cat who has to wait.

My dog can be quirky and the tech, Brittany, who took him back was very accommodating ! She took the time to make it a positive experience for him and I greatly appreciate it!!

The staff is VERY accommodating. My elderly dog receives fantastic pain management and never has to sit waiting for his appointment. Dr Grasso provides exceptional care. I was a skeptic against laser treatments and food supplements, but tried them as a last resort for palliative care. My dog has rebounded and I credit Dr Grasso and AMCL with relieving his pain and extending my dog’s life. Thanks to their great care he’s looking forward to another year of “good days”.

Dr. Taylor and his whole staff are nothing but kind and compassionate towards our senior dog. Our dog is petrified from the moment he walks in the door and they always try their best to calm him down and make him feel safe.

I drive all the way from Fairfax just so Doctor Taylor to care for my babies. It is well worth driving all the way just to see him and only him.
