I never received my 2 fecel kits I was charged for

I absolutely love Dr. Panopoulos! At first I was nervous to switch primary veterinarians for my new puppy. I usually see Dr. Taylor at the Brambleton location for my other animals and he is phenomenal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone was following PPE protocol and appointments were done at curbside which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Panopoulos called prior to seeing my husky puppy and after his examination. She was thorough, helpful and extremely nice and welcoming. Since the visit Dr. P has been excellent with answering questions and returning phone calls with me and my fiancé. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and such a wonderful veterinarian for my new puppy. Thank you to the entire staff for everything they do as assistants and technicians. Also, a huge thank you to Dr. Panopoulos for being an incredible veterinarian and person during this turbulent time in the world.

We love coming to AMCL and we come out specifically to titer. It s an hour drive for us, so we checked over the phone in advance to see if our pups were due for titers and we were told that titers were due. In our appointment, the vet shared that we do not need to titer this year. We don t regret coming out because the care is always excellent, but it could ve saved us some time had we known and understood the titer schedule in advance. I would guess that there are not many requests for titers, but a suggestion could be to find a way to share a tittering schedule with families who titer to plug into their visit summaries. Thank you for always giving our pups and family the best care- I wish we lived closer and could come on a regular basis for all of our veterinary needs.
