The service we received was excellent.

It would be convenient to know if we ll need a fecal sample or not. We can just bring them to the appointment instead of having to drop them back off or mail them.

We were so grateful to get in for an appointment so quickly and loved Dr. Taylor and the entire staff!

As always, it is a pleasure to take my cat to this location. Everyone is very caring and concerned for my pet s well being.

Our recently adopted shelter dog was extra scared of the tech (although she was super nice) and she and I both rushed to give him his vaccine vs taking the time to help him calm before administering (last time he did awesome and the vet/tech let him lick cheese on a stick before giving the shot). This tech muzzled him and he left absolutely terrified so I don’t see us returning.

This was for a vet tech appt for vaccines.

You should build in 10 or 15 minutes to allow for unexpected complications for your clients to arrive on time. Showing empathy and care would go a long way.
