I have been bringing my pets to your office for years, when my cat was very sick and required hospitalization prior to his passing in January I knew he was in great hands with the Longwood vets but I have to say that after my appointment Friday, I’m not feeling as confident especially with the recent very large turnover in staff. I only recognized the one tech who checked out us at the end of the day. I brought my dog in for a bath and also her annual exam. Macy saw Dr. Marble who is a vet that I have not met before, I did not receive a call after Macy’s exam although the Dr does say she left a message. When I came to pick Macy up I was told she has a rash between her legs that requires antibiotics but I wasn’t shown this rash when Macy was brought back in the room. I came home and discovered that the antibiotics I received were for another client and his dog and looking over my receipt I found that Macy had been vaccinated against rabies even though she is not due until next year so she was over vaccinated unnecessarily. I spoke to Dr. Marble on Saturday who said she would examine Macy again if necessary but I decided it was unnecessary, she did comp me for the vaccine but the error was already made. While I will return with my pets again, I will never again leave my pet in your care for exams without me present because I would have known that she wasn’t due for her rabies vaccine this year had I been in the room. Lesson learned.

The music is calming, the staff gets along with each other and appear to really enjoy the work. The tech worked with me to establish the best plan. Extremely pleasant experience. Thank you for excellent customer service.

We are new to the area and were recommended to come to your office by a family member that uses you. Everyone from start to finish was extremely nice. We especially loved Dr Rogers because he treated Julio so kind and love the fact that he loves smashed nose breeds. Cindy was absolutely fantastic at the end. Julio was so nervous and everyone made him feel like he was family. Thank you so much for an awesome experience.

Littleone looked forward to seeing her friends everyday she went to the day care camp. I think she s a bit disappointed not going back!! Excellent care and I like knowing my dog is happy when she comes home!! Thank you Longwood Team!!

Puccini was brought in on an urgent look, see appt., and we could not have been treated more professionally, and courteously. Dr. Rogers and staff were thorough, took lots of time with us, and offered a new med for Puccini, and vitamin to see if it would help him. We left very happy, and pleased to be a long time client of Longwood Vet Clinic!
