Dr. Strauch always takes the time to explain everything to me. I ve had him as my vet since I moved to Highland Village 26 years ago. Everyone at Animal Medical Center of Highland Village are like family to me as I know their names and they know mine.

Scooter,is eating some w dry food. I, am watching him eat for sure. He is eating cat chow complete. I, do have wet food to Meow Mix but now he is eating dry food more. Skipping wet fd. Question if I, go to the store what kind of Dry fd for his diet.Thanks for seeing Scooter, best patient.

The wait time has greatly improved this year. The only thing I would suggest is that when bringing pets in for shits that tags are ready. We have a very high strung breed and waiting at checkout for something that could have been readily available was a little time consuming. Other than that we love everything about this vet clinic. The techs are always incredible and we love Dr Strauch and really enjoy Dr. Carnes.

My only complaint is no matter what time I schedule an appointment or what day, I have always waited what seems really long to me. Sometimes 45 minutes or more. Really hard to sit and hold a pet that long AND, I never know what time I will get back to my job.

Have been bringing our pets to Dr Strauch since he first came to HV, don t know how many years ago that was. Followed him to Animal Medical when he & Dr McCullough opened Animal Clinic. Have always found them to be caring & excellent vets for our furry family members. Wouldn t trust my pets to any one else. Staff is also top notch. Dianne Ashmore
