It was a great visit and everyone was kind and knowledgeable as always. My only request would be for all employees to wear face coverings that fully cover their mouth and nose without slipping down.

I was anxious about a new vet after 20 years with a vet I trusted with my pet. I felt comfortable and thought Dr Strauch Was laid back and and not going to recommend Unnecessary treatment.

I was told I would get a call before my pets surgery day to go over things, instructions etc. I did not get a call. Many people would not have know to keep their pet NPO before the surgery. Fortunately I did.
