Perhaps don’t have your employee’s wear normal clothes when they come out to take my cat away for surgery. I do not appreciate seeing a guy, in low hanging jeans and a back t-shirt take my cat from me. I expect all workers to be wearing scrubs.

We forgot to talk about spaying & chipping. Otherwise I was very happy with our appointment.

We’ve been customers/ patients (??) of Tri State Veterinary for over 22 years…………….I think that says it all. We couldn’t be happier with the compassion & treatment of our family pets. Very much appreciated.

As this was my first visit to Tri-State Veterinary Medical Group I wasn t sure what to expect. Despite some changes due to CoVid-19 procedures everyone was friendly and showed genuine concern when caring for my little dog Nova. She is typically nervous in new surroundings but they made her very comfortable. Thanks everyone.
