I feel my Collies are well cared for at TSV.

The vet was in the room for barely a couple of minutes. I seem to remember that taking the cat s temp is routine, but it wasn t done. She checked his teeth, gave a shot, listened to his chest/abdomen, all of it quick and brief. I have been going to your business since Doc Simpson was a young man. This was the skimpiest check up I have ever seen.

Outstanding attention given to my pet, I appreciate Dr. Hallam listening to my concerns about my pet s health and taking the time to explain to me what was being done and why. Keep up the excellent job!

I understand that emergencies come up so that is why my wait time was longer than normal. I was happy to finally come into the office with my dog. She is old and is easily stressed when I am not with her.

The woman that came out to get get my cat was very nice. She explained every thing to me. I am going to keep using you. I didn t see the inside I assume that was because of the Covid, you have to protect yourselves and your customers. Thank you. Kenny Dean

Excellent care for my dog

It was my first visit with one of two dogs. They took the time to talk to me and ask questions. I never felt rushed to make room for the next patient.

I cannot accurately click the stars above. Consider all 5 stars for excellent. Waiting time (2) has always been long due to the care you give. Tri-State has taken care of my 7 cats and a Lab in the last 15 years. You have been medically sound, and concerned in each case. I recommend to friends that they take their pets to you before anyone else.

I was very happy with our visit.Everyone was friendly and took the time to explain his future cleaning and his medication is helping with the itching. We are happy to be clients. :)

We like the current system. Percy had less time in his carrier, and we didn’t have to negotiate the waiting room with other pets and owners. Though Percy may have had more anxiety, we had less. The staffer who preceeded Doctor Hallam was very thorough and reassuring as she picked up Percy, and the office person who showed us the Senior Support options was very courteous and helpful. That we very much like and appreciate Dr Hallam should go without saying. A totally professional operation.
