The nurse and vet were really great oh our visit recently. They suggested taking my dog outside and doing the exam out there, because he gets highly anxious inside. I really appreciated them working with us to try and make the experience as easy for our dog as they could.

The phones are very busy and the staff seems burdened by the traffic.

I m super grateful to be able to schedule appointments online. The appointment system is a bit trying when you re trying to get two pets in for a back-to-back appointment.

Dr. Sheets was fantastic. I am from our of town and arrived with a sick dog. He ran appropriate tests, prescribed meds and my dog is better. I highly recommend this practice!

I didn t catch the tech s name that helped me & my dog (Boxer) was really great!! She was very helpful and informative, and it is evident she really cares.

Dr. Sheets is the best doctor we have ever had. He explains everything and spends time with us so that I can best help my senior pets. He is amazing. My cats are healthier because of all of his care and kindness.

The person that gave Elsa was so sweet to her and was very good at calming her down.

The lady that helped me was distracted and would go answer phone calls instead of finishing her task of helping me. Dropping dogs off for non anesthetic teeth cleaning everytime i come in is streamlined. I sign papers they take dogs….this time it was confusing and took a long time. She also stopped helping me to bring a dog outside. When I picked up she was again distracted, but it was a more straight forward process.
