The office needs a window cracked also $75 for my dog to sit on the floor with the doc and then I had to give the vaccine is a little much. Definitely waiting for a clinic next time. Staff was nice and the doc was nice.

I brought my kitten Chunk in to have his first exam and vaccines. The nurse, tech, and vet were all so kind to both myself and Chunk. The experience was overall very good for him, and now I know that he won’t have anxiety next time we come back!

I have been going to this vet since 2010. I had Dr. Doering for years and still miss her. She really knew Clancy. And she had a sense of humor. I am currently seeing Dr. Rachel and it seems to be working. She seems to really care. I have to say that Nicole at the front desk is wonderful. She is funny, knowledgeable and caring. She has been there for at least 10 years and I hope they do everything they can to keep her. She really knows whats going on. I hope her pay balances out with her knowledge. She would be a real loss.

I have an accident prone puppy, a year and a half old, he s deaf, and the staff has always been the sweetest and kindest to him. They talk to him like family and always understand when we have the most inconvenient accidents. In the scariest and most stressful scenarios they have always been there waiting with open arms to help us, I am so grateful for the staff for the love and kindness they extend to our little family.

Very frustrated with lack of communication among staff and guests. Charged for vaccines my kitten already had and kept referring to our male kitten as a she. Overall the appointment was a disappointing chaotic mess due to erroneous vaccine snd scheduling. Although Rachel apologized and did her best to remedy situation it left us nervous about future visits

The staff and doctor takes such great care of patients and their humans. I really appreciate the doctors atte tion to detail and holistic care.
