Good service

The staff at Richview Animal hospital are excellent. I`m so glad to have such wonderful people taking care of my cat.

We have visited your clinic on Sept. 27th and 29th. The staffs are very friendly and responsive. And you sent an email appointment reminder. And, most important, the doctor was very nice and diligent. For what can be better, may be include a SMS message to communicate also sending receipts/ recommendations via email. I haven t receive receipt until now, although I was told it would be send by email. Thanks.

This is my first time ever visiting an animal hospital and I have to say it was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and helpful and I would really like to thank Dr. John Booth for taking great care of my Boba. He explained everything perfectly and walked me through all the necessary actions I need to take when caring for Boba. I know for sure everyone here has my cat’s best interest at heart. Great team! Can’t wait for my next visit!

We have always received good service from the staff and vets. Explanations are complete and we are left with the feeling that there is true caring for our cat and her health. Thank you. PS On this visit, we did not enter the facilities. That said, they have always been clean. And the staff who came out to us wore masks and kept appropriate distances.

I wasn’t very happy that I took Enzo in for a general anaesthetic and it was 7 hours before he went under. This was the date of his surgery not the most recent visit which again was quite late in taking Enzo inside. The vet has been lovely ashas the staff but it’s very hard when the owner who loves the kitty so much is at a loss what is happening.
