Dr. Blair was helpful and encouraging. She demonstrated what had to be done to treat our dog at home so we could successfully carry it out.

I had a wonderful experience there. I was a little frustrated that none of the staff introduced themselves and I don’t even know which vet my pet ended up seeing. I was not told when I booked the appointment who I was scheduled with either. This just made the experience feel more rushed and impersonal. It seems that it wasn’t even understood by the staff why my pet was there or where the paperwork was and so there was a lot of confusion at the beginning of the appointment. There also wasn’t any communication about when my pet should come back in or any follow up about scheduling for the recommended follow-up appointment. However, everything else was very refreshing compared to my last vet and I’m looking forward to coming back in the future.

Dr. Blair was so thorough and took her time explaining everything. We really enjoyed the visit.

I was rescheduled by the animal clinic 4 times for this appointment. The front office staff seemed disorganized, one was friendly, another didn t acknowledge my presence. They did not seem knowledgeable about basic animal veterinary wellness care. Hopefully the front office staff will improve.

We have been coming to Blair since 2006. It has always been quite a wait to check out. That is the hardest time to wait. That is the one reason I was hesitant to come back.

I appreciated how thorough Dr Maxwell was with the exam of my two cats, and her caring and gentle demeanor put them completely at ease.

When I took Herschel in, I was 35 weeks pregnant and clearly struggling, it would have been nice to have a staff member ask to take him while he was on the leash to help.
