I appreciated how knowledgeable your staff is with behavior management of Egg. Masterful, calming handling.

How far out that I had to schedule the appointment was a little absurd. Having to schedule an appointment a week out is incredibly inconvenient, my dog has resolved his issues in that time and I no longer needed the appointment. However, due to you guys being closed all weekend and your 24 hour cancellation policy, I was not able to cancel despite my dog being fine by that point. I even called at 8 am to double check and was told I had to show up. Once I got there, the vet tech asked what I was in for and explained all of this to her. She excused her self and passed all of that along to the vet and I was told if i wanted, I could head home with no charge. That was nice. However, I had worked the night prior and was up for 22 hours straight at that point. This isn’t going to stop me from coming to you guys this time but if this sort of thing keeps up, I will be forced to look elsewhere for Vet services. Especially now that the Vet my dog had been seeing no longer works for you office.

The staff are the reason I come back! All are so kind, answer questions, responsive and generally just good humans.

Overall, our experience was great. I was a little surprised that we had to book out an entire month, but I understand a lot of places are backed up right now. The people at the front desk were helpful and patient with our questions. Jim was informative, energetic, and also patient with us. We are not sure how we feel about Dr. Waibel, as she was not very warm or energetic, but we appreciated her knowledge as we had several questions.

I appreciate my cat being able to be seen quickly due to a health concern. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

A very enjoyable experience

Appreciated the care the staff gave to my senior cat! Always love the environment.

Dr. Blair is always very kind and knowledgeable. She is an outstanding veterinarian. She takes the time to make sure my dog has a good experience while there. I didn’t catch the girl’s name at the front desk, but she was very helpful as well!

Lisa was great as always. Jim is very good as well.

Things are getting pricy and not very transparent. Probably considering a swap to less expensive provider soon.

Daisy was in for her flu shot. Jim, the tech, did an awesome job explaining things and was very professional in handling Daisy. I would highly recommend Jim.

The print out showing what was done during a visit should include information about what the injection or topical medicine was for, in addition to the name of the medicine and cost. The name of the medicine or injection does not always tell the layperson what it is for. Very glad to have found Blair Clinic! Thank you for all your work and positive energy.
