Skeeter received excellent care. The staff are excellent as well. I will certainly use Concord Parkway Animal Hospital as my go Vet.

Dr. Artman is the greatest and sweetest vet that a person could ever hope for. I switched my babies to this hospital because of her. She is an A+ asset to this facility. The other individuals that work here have also been super friendly, professional, and very helpful.

The vet was not sympathetic to the fact that my funds were low and my options were limited. She was very harsh. Seemed she cared more about money than my pet. The rest of the staff was very friendly.

Nobody likes going to the Vet or the Dr for that matter, however, I’ve been happy with the clinic. No problems over the years. Always polite and helpful.

Given our situation with covid, i think you handle patients in an efficient manner. Follow up with doctor is good.

We were not allowed in, due to COVID precautions. Our one complaint was that we had to wait in the car for an hour before we heard about our dog’s condition, and only after we went to the window to ask. Since this appt was for something wrong with our dog, not just a check up, we were very anxious and worried about our dog, and it would have helped to be better informed about what was going on.

I have been going to CPAH for 10 years. I trust Dr. Roberts with all my pets. I wouldn t have anyone else do surgery on any of my animals.

Staff is always professional and pleasant. Chika loves the girls and going to the vet s because of them, especially Stephanie.
