It was my first visit and I have decided to choose Dr. Molly Farrell as our new vet. I was impressed with How thorough her examination was and diagnosis for treatment. Although it was curbside service, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and professional.

You should have your prices available before you take someones pet back. I am fairly new to your facility and was very surprised when they told me my total of $498.00. People should be made aware of a total like that before services are completed. The average person probably couldn t afford that price just sprung on them, especially in todays situations for just shots and heartworm medication. I appreciate that you work with animals from the shelters and all you do but prices really need to be available before hand. Thank you

I am forever and ever grateful for Dr. Molly (whom has been by my side helping me with my pet family since 2013) and her whole staff at Dyer Animal Clinic. Supporting me in my efforts with medical vet care as I try to rescue and relocate colony cats I ve cared/fed for four years as they are going to lose their home, and shelters. So kind and compassionate and it brings me such emotional support as well to know your there. Love you ALL and your continued great care - your heroes - even before Covid!!!!! You saved Grinder s life by sending me to Crossroads! He was within a short amount of time to death! Crossroads surgeon Dr. Jeremy Cartegna told me he was in this profession to save lives, not make a profit. He understood the financial situation I m in and said he would complete the surgery then worry about the money later, because Grinder didn t have time to wait. Also, the waiving of the cost for seeing you first was a tremendous help! I heard in your voice the sincerity and urgency you had when you told me Grinder needed to go to Crossroads right then. The best decision, since rescuing him at 2 months, I ve ever made, regarding Grinder, was switching from another Veterinarian clinic to Dyer! Dyer has been amazing to Grinder and I! I tell everyone I can about Dyer! Thank you so much!

We had a time sensitive blood work appointment and waited over 45 min. Had to call after he was finally taken to the office and tell them not to draw blood as it would be inaccurate and a waste of money.

While I am very grateful to get a same day appointment. Waiting in my car with an anxiety ridden dog for 40 minutes is unacceptable. A quick phone call to say we are running about 30 minutes late would have been much appreciated.

Everything was wonderful. Lola was comfortable with the staff and environment coming from a place of shyness not being around strangers. This was important to both of us. Dr. Molly was informative and plain spoken helping to get Lola in for a spa at appointment quickly. Thanks to all.

I was pleased with the curbside service provided by Dyer Animal Clinic. Casey was picked up at my car and returned as soon as her appointment was completed. Dr. Farrell called me and explained her examination of Casey. The front desk called to give me the billing information and I paid with a credit card. super easy!

I understand that you are doing all that you can to keep our pets, us, and your staff safe. I agree with waiting outside while our pets have their exams. However, I think you should allow more time for appointments so that we don t have to spend 45 minutes outside for our appointments. 15-30 minutes is acceptable, but more than that should be addressed before the appointment. I would appreciate a call stating that you are running 30-45 minutes behind. Hopefully when I come in the future, this new normal will be behind us, but you asked for my opinion, so there it is. Otherwise, my dog is always happy when she walks out of your office. That is priceless!

I waited 30 mins in the car. It was over 90° so I had to keep the car running which was a waste of fuel but everything else was great. Maybe call people If you are running late so they aren’t waiting so long outside

Dr Farrel and staff were so pleasant and kind. They definitely made me feel comfortable with the care my dog was given. They even took the time to give her treats and show off her catching skills.
