Fantastic experience!!

Everything about Bucksburn is always so fantastic. Sidney loves going there and saying hi to reception, knows the drill and gets right on the scale. He also loves Dr. Glauber and is very patient with him. Dr. Glauser is a fantastic vet and takes the time to answer all of our questions and I never feel as though I’m paying for services I don’t need. Thank you and continue to provide the services you do - I have referred a number of friends to Bucksburn because of that.

Always a pleasant experience. Maybe not for Romeo. I feel that the doctor always has our pets best interest and explains procedures and tests in a clear manner. He always follows up by contacting us as soon as possible.

Bucksburn is hands down the best veterinary facility I have ever been to. The staff is incredible, there is always a feeling of welcoming and peace, and Dr. G never rushes you through an appointment. You can tell they really do care about pets!

Just some observations from sitting in the reception area. There is rust on the bottom of the display for the dog food. The entrance doorway to the kitchen needs painting. The room behind and to the left of the reception desk ceiling has huge cobwebs hanging down.

Dr. Glauser is very thorough. He always answers all my questions professionally. The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated being called by the office to see how my pet was doing following her appointments. I have not received those calls the past few visits and I really miss them!
