Meet and Greet is a very good idea. I ve driven by the office many times but never made an appointment to come in. Now that I ve met the vet and had such a great first experience with my new pet, I will be back.

Dr. Glauser is just wonderful! He is kind and compassionate and knowledgable. The Staff are with in a word Amazing - not only putting me at ease, but making my pets feel so comfortable in an environment that often makes them fearful. My daughter and I were so impressed with your clinic. There was a warm welcome from your reception staff, and the atmosphere of the clinic was calm and more like a home than a clinic. Our cat is not a fan of strangers... at all. Yet Dr John was able to examine her and carry her in for blood sampling without any resistance or fear from Mocha ( I understand she wasn t quite as pleasant during the blood sampling lol). I believe she was calmed by Dr John s calm demeanour. Everything was explained clearly all questions answered, and he made not 1but 2 follow up calls to check on her. We are so thankful we chose your clinic to take Mocha to. Your staff are definitely top of the line!! Thank you.

Always satisfied when I come to the clinic. Dr Glauser and staff are always very attentive to us and kind and gentle with my pets. They always take the time to answer my questions I visit on a monthly basis to get the cats nails trimmed and it is always pleasant. Melanie
