I wonder why it took me so long to find your clinic. I saw it quite often driving on Jupiter Rd. When I tired of the “First come, first served” practice, I looked on Next Door and saw the nice reviews you have received. Glad I made the switch. From the front to the back, your office gets 5 stars from me and my little doggie!

We have such confidence in Dr. Carter, we were very glad to see him again with our new pup Chaz. His new digs at Kindness are a little more hard edged and cold feeling, but Dr. Carter makes everything relaxed and comfortable by his demeanor. We are confident he ll help us keep our Chaz as healthy as he did our Sasha.

I had Matilda scheduled for a canine flu vaccine and was informed the day before our appointment there was a nationwide shortage. Staff immediately put us on a wait list and said they’d keep and touch. Two weeks late we were rescheduled and able to pop by. Great staff!

I am very disappointed in the attention and service I received the last couple of days regarding Harley Anderson’s end of life status. On Friday, September 22nd, 8am, I left a message with Amber to have Dr. Neeman call me back by the end of the day on Friday. No call received. On Saturday, September 23rd, 8am I called again and spoke to Courtney and later Sierra at 11:30am. Both assuring me Dr. Neeman had the messages on his desk. By the end of the day the doctor never called me back. I had serious questions in regards to my dogs health, which was deteriorating rapidly. I ended up taking him to the MedVet emergency clinic on Sunday to be put down. Dr. Neeman’s lack of response was inexcusable, unprofessional and unacceptable at the expense of my dog’s health.

I really liked the new lady Dr. that took Dr. B s place... I had not seen her before and she was very good with Jasper my sick cat. She was very knowledgeable and swift on his treatment plan due to the seriousness of it. I trust her with my sweet Jasper.
