This was Spencer s first visit to the vet! He s an 8 week old mini Aussiedoodle and he had only been with his new family for 24 hours at the point of his first vet visit. He wasn t nervous at all and enjoyed meeting his new friends at Princess Animal Hospital. The staff went above and beyond and treated Spencer like their own. We re looking forward to our next visit :)

We love coming to the Princess Animal Hospital. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Latimer is the best of the best and explains everything very well. He takes our family into consideration when we are making a plan for the year for Charlie. Charlie is a aggressive sometimes and they still treat him with kindness and are so gentle. All our experiences at PAH have been more than positive, five star for sure !

The atmosphere is always so calm and the employees are always so friendly.I always enjoy going here cause i know the health of my animals are #1. Everything is explained and options are given. I always recommend PAH to everyone I know because of the professionalism and service. I never leave wondering why cause the time is always taken to explain everything. Even my dog loves going here! Hands down... Love the service!!

Was my first visit to Princess Animal Hospital (and my first visit to the vet in general) and it couldn t have been a better experience. The staff are all very knowledgable and friendly and Dr. Call answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The follow-up was wonderful and timely! Great, knowledgeable and caring staff looked after Boots (cat) like he was their own. Clean non vet odour facility is very welcoming. Thank you to the staff for looking after my fur baby.

Very happy with the care provided by Dr. Call for our dog Chivas. She administered four vaccinations and discussed a wellness plan for Chivas over the next year. This was done in conjunction with an annual checkup.

I walked into the clinic to see if I could get an appointment to have my dog s nails cut because it looked as if one was growing in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not have to wait long before being seen. The vet popped in and introduced himself, which I thought was a very nice touch. I found the whole experience to be excellent and I would recommend you to others.

We are new to the area and our first night in our new home was marked by our two dogs encountering a porcupine. Fortunately even though it was the end of the day we were able to get excellent and prompt care from both doctors. Both staff and doctors seemed to be very caring and followed up the next day!

Very pleased with our first experience at this animal hospital. We went for a consult and did not feel pressured at all to made an immediate decision regarding treatment. We were provided with all the necessary information to make our decision and felt very supported. Would definitely recommend.

The whole staff was very friendly and nice. I felt that Jezebelle and I were both treated kindly and that Dr. Call was thorough and professional with a great bed side manner . I would recommend anyone with a pet to bring them here!
