I would describe the care as excellent. 10/10. The staff members are very professional, highly competent and personable. I feel I am treated with respect. All assessments and procedures are carefully explained to me. There is always follow-up after procedures and this is included in the cost. The look and feel of the clinic is one of organization, cleanliness and state of the art equipment. Dr. Latimer and staff have cared for three pets for me. I have been a client since Dr. Latimer opened his clinic ~20 years ago. My pets have received the continuum of care- preventive, treatment, rehabilitative, emergency and palliative care. The veterinarians have access to sophisticated tests/equipment and their clinical judgement is outstanding. Princess Animal Hospital has evolved over the years to, what I believe, is the best clinic in Kingston. Absolutely no suggestions. Thank you. Please feel free to post my comments; but not my name.

Very Happy with our experience with the hospital and staff. Kayla loved everyone and today we went to pick up her medicine at the other hospital and introduced Bella she also loved her treats and the staff. Thank you Alison, Bella & Kayla

It was again a PLEASURE to have my very best 4 legged Friends visit Dr OUELLET and Sarah. I have always had the feeling that my dogs are the most important canines in the world to the PAH Staff during our appointments and I have been most eager to share this with many other pet owners. For my very first experience with a vet for our very first puppy, I am beyond impressed with the professionalism from everyone there! I m most impressed with the follow up call I received after our puppy had his vaccines. It shows the staff truly cares and wants to make sure they make notes and/or adjustments for the next visit. I will recommend over and over to anyone looking to take their pets to a loving vet/hospital.

This is the first and only animal hospital that I have visited where the doctor really cared enough for the animal to get down on the floor and gently talked to it. I have will have been married 45 years at the end of this month and we have always had at least 3 or 4 animals and I love this hospital and the people who work in it.

I was very impressed with our visit. The Dr. and staff took the time to meet and reassure Toby that all was okay. This was the direct opposite to our previous experiences hence he was very upset when we entered the other clinic. Now when we walk past your new clinic he wants to go in!! Now that is a terrific recommendation in itself. (the fact that he was offered and took pieces of dried liver also helped - his favorite treat. Everyone was very pleasant and professional! I am so glad we made the switch to your clinic. I would certainly encourage anyone who asks me who our vet is, to attend your clinic. I look forward to a great relationship with you all!!!

When moving to a new city it is always extremely difficult to find a vet clinic that is in business because they care about animals, not because they know that the industry is a gold mine. I brought Chip in while he was in crisis. He was very upset and frustrated trying to deal with being incredibly itchy 24/7. It broke my heart watching him. I knew I would probably eventually have to bring him into a vet, but I m on Ontario Works and only receive $380/month. The stress of trying to figure out how I was going to pay added to the stress. But as your office allows a first free visit I was able to bring him in and have him looked at. Not only was it clear that both Melisa and Dr. were empathetic to Chip s situation, but they worked with me on what solutions were viable for me to treat him. While I am still treating him as suggested, he is already so much better, and it is great to see him back to his normal happy, easy going self. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for helping us.

I was very pleased with the first visit my dog, Alpine, had at Princess Animal Hospital. Dr Latimer was very through with his explaination of my dog s health and medical plan. He took the time to write everything down for me and he took the time to encourage my kids to listen to Alpine s heartbeat. All of the staff was very pleasant and went the extra step to make my children and I feel welcome and ensured any questions, or concerns were answered. I appreciated the courier service provided for us, when the medication I purchased was not in stock.
