Dr. Jacobey, was absolutely wonderful. He spent time with me and Angel Grace answering my endless questions and I never felt rushed and encourage to ask as many questions as I needed. He was warm and friendly and knowledgeable as well. I intend to keep bringing Angel Grace at Westside for as long as we are blessed to have her in our lives. Thank you to all the staff as well.

Great visit, For our first time visit we we re welcomed and I felt Marshmallow was their only patient!

I had to wait to see the vet but it was our first visit and I had asked for a tour of the boarding facilities, so I expected some wait time. Once Dr. Brady arrived she took all the time needed with my pet and answered many questions for me. So, well worth the wait! The billing procedures wasn t explained to me at all, but paying for everything at the time of the visit is pretty standard procedure; so wasn t expecting an explanation.

I have been bringing my dogs there for years and have always been happy with the doctors and staff.

I appreciated the care and concern show for Cinders, my cat. And for the follow-up phone call from Dr Patton. Her kindness and concern are gratefully appreciated. This is what makes your clinic great!

This was my first visit and I was beyond pleased compared to my previous vet. She took her time and seemed to genuinely care about my dog. That goes a long way! We will be using Westside as our primary vet now.

My dogs love Dr. Jacobek. Molly is a high strung Australian Sheperd but she ll let him trim nails, take blood, she really enjoys her annual visit. The staff accommodates special situations well & will assist if you need an extra hand with your pets.
