At first I wasn t given an appointment option, even for drop off, for more than a week, but after chatting that my dog had daily diarrhea and couldn t last the day in the kennel without an accident they allowed me to plan to drop her off in the morning and they would fit her in. Appreciate the extra effort to help get her in quicker.

We love Westside. I would mention that your exam room doors are not sound proof and there was conversation about our pets condition beyond those doors that might as well have been happening in the room with me. It made me feel inept and embarrassed and I had to probe for care instructions regarding the condition that they had been discussing behind the doors.

The entire experience was wonderful. I haven t had a pet in over 12 years so picking a vet we were shooting in the dark. We heard good things about Westside and decided since it was close we would use them. What a wonderful experience, especially since our new pup has been diagnosed with Coccidia. The staff were very caring and even so good to my two kiddos with me. We will be patients for life.

I would like to express our appreciation with Westside Vet Clinic. Pam & I realize Mac (Cormac) needs special care due to his extreme fear of unknown places. The Staff has taken great care to make Mac and us feel good but also take care of his needs. Pam & I thank you for the care Mac gets at Westside. Thank You.

It is so obvious how much everyone like animals. Dr. Patton takes her time to make the animal feel comfortable and not just rush to move on to the next appointment. We feel so blessed knowing that Westside Vet Clinic is there to take care of our fur babies.

You are asking my opinion so I will tell you I waited 45 minutes. Got in there and only had to get kennel cough which Nurse could, and did give. It is fine because this has not happened before, but a new customer with a dog would not be impressed..
