Even though the visit wasn t a comfortable one for Baxter, he was cared for kindly and we were treated well.

My only issue, at this time, was during drop off I was informed I could pick up my pet on ash day, if I arrived before 6:00. I got there at 4:00 and no one was there. Disappointing.

I greatly appreciate the affection ALL of the staff show to the pets. They take the time to get to know them, and help them feel at ease.

My elderly dog had an infected paw and I was able to get in the next day for an appointment with her usual vet Dr. Patton. I really appreciated the quick appointment so the infection didn t spread in her elderly body. I also loved that I could be with her in that appointment rather than dropping her off due to her age and anxiety with these appointments. The staff and doctor are always helpful with my dog s health needs and my schedule. Thank you for the excellent care.

Only issue was my account was double charged. Other than that we had a great experience and are looking forward to more good experiences in the future!

Always a good experience for Axl as well as myself. This time I had my grandson with me, home from school and he was pleased to be able to watch and observe the appt.

Dr. Brady was excellent as always. She took time to discuss my concerns over my two aging dogs and set a plan to help with my female’s hip issue. The staff is always helpful with appointments, assisting in the exam room, and purchasing of supplies. Highly recommend this clinic.

We’ve been clients of Westside Vet for 18 years. Your staff is amazing and always welcoming; it’s obvious everyone truly cares for animals. My husband recently brought our newest fur child in for a puppy checkup. Interceptor was applied during the checkup and a sample heartguard pill was provided. He happened to ask during checkout if heartguard should also be given. Luckily he was told no as he didn’t know better. We truly appreciate samples given during visits, please just make it clear when they should or should not be given as we don’t want to inadvertently harm our puppy. Thanks again for all you do. We truly appreciate your services.

This was Artey’s first visit to the vet & also for boarding. He was treated great and was given a lot of attention. We were given a comprehensive report on his stay there. We’ve been taking our pets to Westside for many years and have always been happy with the care given to our fur babies.
