I so appreciated being seen the day I called. The staff in the office as well as Dr. Wilbers were so caring. We adopted our little 4 yr old yorkie Max 3 months ago. When he quit eating for several days, we needed answers as well as suggestions to “make it better”. When I called the next day with a question, the staff was more than willing to talk with me and take their time with me. Thanks Westside Vets!!!! Dr. Brady is very patient with my sometimes difficult German Shepherd. I completely trust her with the care of my two beloved fur members of our family.

No wait. Our Bentley was a little apprehensive about being on the exam table. Dr. Brady was very patient with him, gave him lots of treats & attention so that he didn’t feel threatened. The staff is always friendly & compassionate towards our pets. Been going here for years!!

all good. just a little high with cost

Well, I was disappointed that I had to end up paying for their office visit. I had a voucher for a free office visit and yes it was was to be gone in 2 weeks, but with my schedule, I was not able to get in during that time. Came in one day, but didn’t realize you didn’t take walk-ins, so had to wait another week to get in.

Dr.Jill is the best! Reuben says so!

Dr. Brady has been so patient and kind to Misty. Misty has not been an easy cat for her to care for. She s wonderful and sweet at home but a wild one at the vet s. Our last visit was wonderful. Dr. Brady got Misty s nails trimmed with no problem at all.

With a new puppy, I had a lot of worries and questions. I had been to a previous veterinarian office in town, but I felt dismissed and unimportant. As soon as I walked into Westside Veterinary Clinic, I knew my pup and I had found our vet home. Stella was immediately greeted by the front desk staff with pets, treats and continuous smiles. Moreover, the appreciation I have for the time Dr. Jacobek took answering my questions is immense. It was reassuring and refreshing to have a veterinarian who truly cares about both the owners questions and the pets health. I absolutely know Westside is the only veterinarian office I will visit in Jefferson City - they are my other family doctor for life.

I would like to thank ALL the staff at Westside for everything they do every day. I would like to send special appreciation to Dr. Hutcheson and Dr. Brady. Dr. Brady has taken several of my phone calls when I thought Nakoda was hurt and again when he was sick and she s been more than helpful. Dr. Hutcheson is entirely responsible for keeping Nakoda alive to this day and we owe her everything. We had a very good experience with Dr Patton and the office staff. My pet was taken care of very well. I appreciated the phone calls to update on his condition following surgery and the phone call a day or two later to see how he was doing. I will definitely recommend your services to others.

I wasn’t please with the fact I drove 45 minutes to have my dog seen only to be directed to Columbia due to Westside closing early and still being charge over $100. Otherwise I’ve always enjoyed my experiences there.
