Mast Blvd Pet Hospital is the best place to take my furr baby Rosie. They ALL treat us with kindness and great care. Dr Singh is excellent! He explained everything to me so I could help get my baby back on her feet. Kim ALWAYS takes time to explain everything and give us, as kitty parents, the support we need. Christina was so encouraging and gave me a hug just when I needed it which was so important to me. ALL of the ladies at the front desk were so welcoming and supportive. They remembered us from last year when we had to put down our 19 yr old baby. They welcomed us with the caring support we needed. They all always treat us like family and that we all matter. I’ve been to other pet hospitals in the area and none of them can compare to Mast Blvd.

The Doctors and Staff at Mast Blvd are Family to us. I can t say enough good things about the care they have provided for our American Bullies, Hugo and Natasha over the years.

It s always nice when staff interacts with our pets and help to make them feel more comfortable! The vet tech was very patient with Pippa and took her time to get her on the scale and also came out to give her the shots which helped a lot with Pippa s anxiety. Thank you!!!

Buster is doing great, we have been strictly sticking to the food you prescribed. He is doing very well. The diarrhea is gone, so I want to keep him some diet he is on. I suppose part of it I was feeding him the food. THANK YOU, so much for making him well again.

Our dog was bitten by a rattlesnake. The treatment was immediate and by the next day the swelling was half the size. By day two he was back to his chipper self. Thank you Dr.Singh

Every single one of your employees made us feel like no one cared about my animal Every person that we spoke to called our male cat a female which is important for medical records to be right, they misspelled his name, my email, and got our address wrong. It felt like your front desk representatives had no time for us as well as the vet, she made it feel like we were bothering her with the questions we had about his health then recommended pain meds but didn’t even check if he was on anything other meds. My cat was viability uncomfortable with every one who came in i’ve never seen him be so uncomfortable with a vet till now. I would never come back here nor would let any of my family bring their loved animals come here. I would rather pay emergency vet bills than come here.

Always had a great experience however I will say that from the beginning of opening the new office, soft close doors to the back should be installed, my cats are already freaked out by all the dog noises and a door slamming when the tech/Dr. leaves the room isn’t helping. Additionally, while waiting with cats, if the room we will go into is available (regardless of whether or not we’ve been called back) being able to wait in there with cats would be really nice, most dogs in the waiting room always seem to be wild and losing their minds and to keep the cats away from that would be a nice. If the cats have a slightly more relaxed environment(when possibly obviously) I feel like they would be able to get better vitals. Just suggestions though, who knows if that’s possible with the way you run things- we’ll be back though, my cats loveeeeee spending my money with you guys haha

I put one star on exam room because Tato,my dog, had his shots and blood work done.

I WISH THE DOCTOR WOULD OF TOLD ME THAT DAY THAT MY CAT WAS SUFFOCATING. SHE COULD NOT GET AIR IN. ONLY A SMALL QUARTER PUFF. HE TOLD ME A COUPLE DAYS TO GET RESULTS. THEN THE FOLLOWING DAY CALLS WHICH I DID NOT KNOW HE WOULD BE CALLING. I LAID ON THE FLOOR WITH A DYEING CAT. THEN WITHOUT MYKNOWLEDGE MY WIFE HAS A MAJOR DISCUSSION WITH THE DOCTOR. HE GIVES HER DIAGNOTIC PAPERWORK AND LOT OF INFO SHE DID NOT SHARE WITH ME FOR WHATEVER REASON UNTIL 4 HOURS LATER. HE SHOULD OF GOT PERMISSION TO TALK TO ANYONE BUT ME.IM SURE THE DOCTOR BELEIVED THAT SHE WOULD SHARE EVERYTHING WITH ME. THAT IS THE PROBLEM..HE ALSO SHOULD OF TOLD ME THAT CRITICAL CARE DOCTORS WERE AVAILABLE THAT DAY. I DO NOT KNOW ANY OF THIS. I HAVE NEVER GONE TO A VET DOCTOR. ITS ALL NEW TO ME. BECAUSE OF THIS LATE INFORMATION I COULD NOT WATCH MY CAT SUFFER ANYMORE HAVING WATCHED AND NOT SLEPT ALL NIGHT I FELT I HAD TO RELEIVE HER MISERY. NOW WAS THIS THE PROPER DESCISION ?? I WILL FOREVER LIVE WITH THIS LOOSING MY BEST FRIEND. PASS THIS ON

For something that should have taken at most 20 minutes, I was stuck there for an hour for no legitimate reason
