I asked the Vet to take no extras of my dogs spine and they took one xray of his lungs and three xrays of the spine. When I left my dog fell down many time after the appointment for the next few days and before I took him in that was not the case.

I appreciate the slowness in giving the injection to euthanize my dog. There was a lot of caring and compassion! Thank you!

My dog has a lot of anxiety when she s at the vet, so the fact that they got me in and out very quickly was very much appreciated by me and my dog.

$75 visit fee is high. My dogs issue only required less than 5 minutes of the vets time and no testing. For those circumstances a sliding scale for the office visit fee would be appropriate.

Appt was at 10am, waited a while in the waiting room, then waited again in the exam room, at 10:30 was told it would be a little longer. This was just a recheck visit, it was a little disheartening to see my dog shake, and be nervous for an hour that we were there.

The exam room floor was covered with what I hope was drool from the previous per visitor so apparently you do not clean the room between visits. Vet apologized but I am going to wonder about cleanliness now

For as much as an exam visit costs, a re check visit should be included.

We brought in two cats, but only one in a carrier. That was our mistake for sure. As we tried to check in the cat not in a carrier was getting anxious and trying to get out of our hold, scratching and digging in claws. The front desk person said we could buy a cardboard carrier. Great - problem solved! But first she wanted to get through the check-in and estimated charges. It was a challenge to make decisions with a clawing cat. I had to insist that we get the box first. Aside from that, the rest of the experience was fine.
