Dr Jenks & her team are so compassionate & so phenomenal!!!

Last several months things have changed drastically. Front Office seems less friendly and more stressful. Hard to call in and whoever answers the phone is more like talking to a robot saying “sorry, this is procedure, nothing we can do” instead of trying to help or get actual answers for someone anymore.

Maggie had surgery. Extremely happy with the outcome, Dr. Singh, and the entire staff. Thank you. ??

I know this is a large and busy practice, however, I would like more curtesy when it comes to the front desk. I waited almost an hour to see the vet for my cat s checkup. Not once did any of the 4 girls working the desk say anything to me about the wait. I finally had to go to the desk and say something to get them to acknowledge me and how long I had been there or explain why I had to wait so long. Not good service in my opinion. I have been a customer for over 9 years with your practice. Disappointing.

Very pleased with the services we have received from Mast Blvd Pet Hospital over the years.

We switched over from ECVV. Been taking my cats (and lots of other animals) there for over 40 yrs. They have really taken a turn downward over the last several years. Chaotic, disorganized and a lot of we can ts and we won ts . Mast Blvd Pet Hospital is a breath of fresh air. Clean and organized in their patient through put. Knowledgeable and appropriate in their care for animals. I m so relieved I came across their facility just by driving by. They handled my 17yr old kitty so amazingly. We thought we were going to have to put her down but they helped me give her 1 more chance and turned her around. Our other kitties seemed less nervous at Mast than at the other chaotic clinic. They definitely deserve 5 stars in my book. Thanks so much for caring for our beloved babies! So glad you are here for our community.

Wonderful support & care always. I was very reluctant to have the recommended surgery for my dog, but under the circumstances it was necessary. Thank you Dr. Deep , Dr. Singh, & Daisy for your great care of Lexie. 5 stars in all areas!!

We were a little surprised that Dr. Singh seemed to be afraid of our dog. He immediately walked in apprehensive even after we explained that our dog was nervous and scared due to prior vet visits. He didn’t show any signs of aggression towards him quite the contrary our dog tried to hide. In the future we will probably see one of the other vets. Aside from this the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I did not get the problem solved with my pet this was the third appointment I thought he was going to look down her throat but he just looked in her mouth

My girl, Peaches came in for an emergency visit here because I couldn’t get in for two weeks at her normal vet and I didn’t feel comfortable waiting that long. Turns out she had Pyometra and needed emergency surgery. The team at Mast Blvd were very kind and informative and eased my worries about her going in for her very first surgery. They took pictures and called me multiple times throughout the experience to keep me updated. After she was home from surgery, I got phone calls and e-mails asking how she was doing and when I went in for recheck appointments the staff was really nice and helpful. Thank you all for taking care of my Peachy girl. I cannot thank you all enough for saving her life.

Love the place, great service

I received an email notification that I should bring Mickey back for follow up, but the notification didn t explain why. I sent an email asking why? , but I haven t received a response. An explanation would help me understand the message better.

I m not comfortable with my pets being treated and I know nothing. I paid a $65 office visit to verify that my dog has a skin tag. I first came to this office for the extended office hours that are no longer available. Just saying I love my pups as of I gave birth to them.

I love this place. My cats are always calm!

I pushed all fives on the survey I don’t know that it was registering. My pet had surgery their teeth cleaning nail trim. She’s doing very well . I really appreciate that she’s doing so well.Thank you for taking good care of her.
