I would like to get my cat’s weight included on the documentation every time we are there.

In particular, Ryan really went above & beyond. My Sammie (who has severe separation anxiety) had to spend about 10 minutes in the back for blood work. I could hear him barking the whole time... I felt like the Mom with the screaming child in a grocery store. He was fine, but Ryan understood what a trauma it had been & decided Sammie might like being carried back to my car. That s pretty special customer service! He also took the time to mark the medication syringe so I wouldn t have to figure it out (& perhaps get it wrong). Thank you, Ryan, from me & Sammie!

I asked for a phone consultation as a follow-up to the exam from the previous day and the Doctor called me within 10 minutes. I was greatly relieved for the response time and the fulfillment of the reason I called.

My dog woke up during anesthesia. I could hear his crying outside. Too expensive for what my dog needed to have done.

My experiences at Mast Blvd Pet Hospital have always been pleasant. The Doctors and staff are kind and knowledgeable. My labs have both had to have procedures of some sort where they have to stay for the day without me. It is a good feeling to know I’m leaving them in good hands and know they are safe and loved while away from home.

I was pretty upset that when I explained that I would like to to see the cost of surgery but I’m strongly considering euthanasia (which I ultimately did yesterday), we were then in turn offered two surgery options one with a teeth cleaning and potential extraction for $500-$3000 more. Not very sensitive to where I was, and what I was constricting. Nothing was offered until I asked for it for for a temporary bandage situation. Would have preferred to have those being my two quote options.
