I always have a decent experience when bringing my cat to y’all. We had a mammary cancer scare a while back and I was skeptical about how it was handled until we finally got her fixed and they went away! Thanks doc and staff for doing the amazing work y’all do everyday! What you do doesn’t go unseen by me! I appreciate you all!

My dog had what I thought was an allergic reaction to her shot. I called in advance and I hey told me to come in ASAP and call when I arrived. When I arrived I had to call 4 times in a row because they would answer the phone and immediately put me on a long hold. This also happened before. I talked to Dr Sing about it and he advised me to get their name and report it, which I will do. I think you should stand in the background where can see them and call from a number they don’t know so you can catch the people doing this. Thank you

We love bringing our pets here. All staff are so caring about our dogs health and care. They always take whatever time is needed to get our pets taken care of and in a loving manner. Thank you to them.

I was not in the office area but previous visits it’s been very clean so I’m assuming it is still so

I have not been inside the office since the pandemic, but it was always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I regularly use mast for both dogs. I was unhappy that the vet suggested a “wait and see” approach for my elderly dogs cyst. I understand they may think that we shouldn’t put the money into it but there was not even a discussion with the vet of testing possibilities. I felt like the vet made the choice for us and we only ever spoke to the tech. I went for a second opinion at another vet and we opted for non invasive testing. As her owners we need to at least be able to make the choices ourselves and opt for some testing in order to make the best decisions for her. I normally love Mast and the vet but was very disappointed in this last visit.

Dory was very nice and explained vaccinations and dates when they are needed. the vet was kind and explained kitten behavior and the health of Bello and Charlie.

Great service

I waited an jour in the car. Before a tech came out only to be told she had to call for records from a previous vet, and had to wait until she got them. T called the office and rescheduled for the next day. That appt went better but I still don t know if the vet saw Ginger or if the tech evaluated her and gave her the injection.

When they brought my dog back out to me she said that my puppy was aggressive and that we should let her bite on our fingers, that sounded odd to me so I repeated it to her, and she said yes. I don t know how that would make a puppy less aggressive.

Written instruictions for follow up do not agree with what tech said. Unsure when to bring Willow back for recheck

I love Dr Deep. He did a very good job cleaning my dog Abbys teeth. I always get the impression that he treats our animals as if they re his own.i could ask no more! The best!!!
