I know we are in tough times but waiting outside in the sun was difficult. I’m older so this was hard on my back problem. Maybe a couple chairs outside could help??

Daisy is always so wonderful with our puppy Kattaleya. Katt is always happy and her tail wags a mile a minute when she sees her. It s so nice to have a puppy not be afraid to go to the vet. Thank you for always being so sweet and gentle with our girl!

I had found a stray orange cat on my porch & wanted to see if it had a microchip. He also had a sore on its back leg that I wanted looked at. Naomi & Alexa helped me that day and were the nicest people ever. Not only were they very kind, I liked the way they handled the kitty. You can always tell about people when they interact with animals. The girls were very knowledgable & very clear with the information they provided to me. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also very patient with everything going on. Since I couldn’t go in, I can tell you that the parking lot is clean and fortunately the ground was not hot on my dogs paws, for where they asked me to stand and wait on the yellow x’s. Thank you for being open for us and for our fur babies!

Some people who were waiting to bring their dog in didn’t have masks. We even saw them read the sign, I wish someone advised them to wear a mask. We waited in the car because it didn’t feel safe with them walking back and forth in front of the office without a mask.

I never went inside so I can t answer the last question. It was quite impersonal but I realize with Covid this is how it would be. I certainly prefer to be inside with Bow and vet. Great job getting us in the same day of appt. Your hours are good

Mast Blvd Pet Hospital is top notch. Dr Singh and Dr Deep are such caring vets. My Doxie has been under their care for 10 years. They have never done any procedures that were not totally necessary. The front and back office gals are fantastic also. So caring, especially Daisy who my Sophie really loves. Thanks to all of you.
