My appt never seem to start on time which can be frustrating

I love bringing my cat here because I know he is in great hands. They take care of them as if they were their own.

All just a lil confused as your phone msg kept us on hold for over 1hr as your msg said plz hold we will get to u soon ..HOPE ALLS OK as we will wait for YOU ALL always. PLEASE BE SAFE

The only reason I gave four stars to the Was t easy to get in to be seen is because I called last minute and they were completely booked until the next day. It was my urgent need, not their fault and I don t hold it against them at all. In fact it just means that they have a lot of happy clients. The staff was THE FRIENDLIEST vet staff I have encountered in 20+ years and each visit they (all) went above an beyond in the care of my pet (cat). I plan to move all of my animals here for care.

I love the availability and everyone is always so nice here.

I can t attest to the facilities as during these times we are not allowed in and rightly so with the pandemic. However, I know this hospital and they have a very clean facility and take wonderful care of my cat, Smudge. He wouldn t be alive without them! Thank you MBPH!

I absolutely love you guys! You took the best care of my dog that past away and now that we have a new pup I knew I had to return to you. Briana met me at my car and in the pouring rain answered all of my questions and sympathized with my PTSD from our fur baby that passed. I am so glad that we have your guidance in taking care of our new baby!
