Very grateful for the care given to our dog when she needed it. Thank you for fitting her in on short notice and taking such great care of her all day while she needed IV fluids. I think I was more nervous than she was!

My Appt was at 6, I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken to an exam room at 6:50. Other than that my experience was great.

Everyone was super friendly. I really appreciated the lady at the front desk that came from behind the counter to pet my dog as she could see he was a little nervous. It helped calm him and myself as I was anxious that I was not able to get him to stop screaming. It was so sweet and she made me feel comfortable.

Great facility. I am very grateful to have been recommended this hospital by my previous veterinarian doctor. The staff is knowledgeable and kind and I felt very comfortable with my dog in their care.

The Doctor and staff was so helpful to my sick cat. I was so happy to be seen quickly. All the other offices I called wouldn t help us. My cat is much better because of it, and I would recommend this vet office to a friend.

I made the appointment online so I was not aware of recent changes. A physical exam is now needed in order for shots to be administered. I will not use the online to make another appointment.

The Dr. always takes the time to explain issue thoroughly..never feel rushed in and out.

When you have a customer in front of you in the office, don’t answer three phone calls so that the customer in the office doesn’t wait an extra 10 minutes.

Veterinarian was great. Got right to the point. Told me what he thought was wrong with my dogm have me antibiotics and a medication told me my dog would be back to normal in no time. He was right. No beating around the bush with extras and what not. He was great and knowledgeable. The Very Assistant was very kind and gentle with my fur baby. Very satisfied and happy. Thank you much. I love this office! They take care of our fur babies.

Our appointment was for the second of two rattlesnake vaccine shots. We had purchased a package of shots which included a $35 fee for each of the two shots, instead of usual $40 for each. When we were ready to go, I was told the fee would be $40. I explained that it was supposed to be $35. After some back and forth, I got away with paying what I was supposed to pay. Please make sure your staff is aware of pricing policies. Otherwise we ve been pleased with the people there and the services provided.

Staff treat you like family!

We asked the doctor to do a blood test because she is getting older and needed one. They doctor said no! He spent less than 2 minutes with my cat and prescribed steroids claiming her hair loss was only itchiness, but refused to do a skin scrap or urinalysis before giving her medication.

You are awesome 5 stars!

The entire staff showed such concern about my Milo. The veterinarian went the extra mile to answer our questions. He reassured us and gave us great advice. Thank you!
