Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also very patient with everything going on. Since I couldn’t go in, I can tell you that the parking lot is clean and fortunately the ground was not hot on my dogs paws, for where they asked me to stand and wait on the yellow x’s. Thank you for being open for us and for our fur babies!

Some people who were waiting to bring their dog in didn’t have masks. We even saw them read the sign, I wish someone advised them to wear a mask. We waited in the car because it didn’t feel safe with them walking back and forth in front of the office without a mask.

I never went inside so I can t answer the last question. It was quite impersonal but I realize with Covid this is how it would be. I certainly prefer to be inside with Bow and vet. Great job getting us in the same day of appt. Your hours are good

Well I didnt get to see the office. Everuthing else was fine.

Love the staff there my puppy was happy to go in and and came back our happy. They are very nice and helpful and caring. Best service I ever had.

Mast Blvd Pet Hospital is top notch. Dr Singh and Dr Deep are such caring vets. My Doxie has been under their care for 10 years. They have never done any procedures that were not totally necessary. The front and back office gals are fantastic also. So caring, especially Daisy who my Sophie really loves. Thanks to all of you.

It would of been of great help if staff would of explained the new procedure of checking in because of the Covid virus over the phone while making my appointment. Trying to phone from outside while balancing my carrier because we are not allowed in the facility was frustrating. I do love ur place for my new second ?? cat, thank you Dr. and staff.

So happy my friend referred me to this pet hospital. The care is incredible and my pet was very comfortable.

I did not actually go in to see any vet. I was meet in the parking lot and my dog was taken back for their vaccinations. Seemed okay, with all that was going on. I waited about 40 minutes to get seen. If you could post a sign that tells people to call in when they are there to check in, instead of just wait out here to be called in.
