Thank you to the doctor and staff for helping and saving Pepper. I drove an hour and a half, on a Sunday, just to seek medical attention for her. Not only did you help her, you were kind, friendly and professional. I will definitely make the drive again for continuing pet care??????

I’m drawing a blank on her name but the vet tech with the awesome gray hair (which the drs should allow her to go pink again) was so beyond amazing with Ruby. Anyone that sits on the floor and allows my dog to sit their lap as comfort to her and I is top notch in my book. As always, beyond pleased with our experience

I love Mast Blvd Pet Hospital. I live in North County and it takes me 25 minutes to get there without traffic. It is totally with the drive and I would not take my dogs anywhere else.

My only other recommendation would be to call a customer if it will be longer than expected so we feel informed. There was an emergency surgery pushing are neuter scheduled at 9am to 4pm. We drove from downtown and stayed in the area because we were expecting a 4 to 6 hour wait not 12. Just a quick phone call would ve been efficient enough.

We had an appointment for 11:30 and didn’t get seen until 12, but that is my only complaint. It was our first time in and staff was super friendly!

The Veterinarian was great. Kaitlin was also very helpful and caring of our dog. This is the first experience I had where I feel like we actually got some answers. I will be referring everyone I know here. Thank you guys for your awesome service!

Very grateful for the care given to our dog when she needed it. Thank you for fitting her in on short notice and taking such great care of her all day while she needed IV fluids. I think I was more nervous than she was!

My Appt was at 6, I arrived 10 minutes early and was taken to an exam room at 6:50. Other than that my experience was great.

Everyone was super friendly. I really appreciated the lady at the front desk that came from behind the counter to pet my dog as she could see he was a little nervous. It helped calm him and myself as I was anxious that I was not able to get him to stop screaming. It was so sweet and she made me feel comfortable.
