I feel like my pet is truly being taken care of at Crooked Creek. I also love the fact that everyone is so nice and friendly.

Everyone was oh so nice and showed enthusiasm and professionalism. Nicole was the young lady checking us in and out. Even though this is a busy and fast-paced office everyone was multi-tasking and getting the job done. I highly recommend Crooked Creek for all of your veterinarian needs for your furbabies.

Eric is absolutely amazing with the animals.

When I left there were 5 people needing help at the front . The younger lady with dark hair dressed like a cow(it was Halloween) was helping me. The older lady with short hair and glasses was on social media on her computer and was not helping anyone. The lady helping me told her there were 5 people waiting. Customer service is very important. The person at your front desk is the first person you interact with. It would be great if she was more friendly, attentive and helpful to people coming in the door. I felt sorry for the girl helping me. She was doing all she could do. I do t know what her role is but if she is not supposed to help people the. She should be sitting away from the front door.its also never good to see someone on what looks like social media in a business setting. Shout out to Dr. Kate, she is so nice and sweet. I feel she is a good doctor and compassionate.

After Rocky had his surgery, no one helped get him in the car and it was very difficult to do so as I had to park far away and he was refusing to move. Also when I purchased the Trio pill, there was a long delay in it being given to me, so I had to wait extra time for it while my dog is not behaving.

I was very happy with my service from the staff. They took very good care of my baby

My dog Shinn loves staying at Crooked Creek. I never worry about her while she s there. She comes home happy and healthy.

Melinda Pickle is the greatest. She has that special touch that only my Tanker loves. He is a totally different dog around her. He will not try to bite her as he would others. I love all the employees but to Tanker, Melinda is his favorite. She spoils that dog and he knows it. Thank you to the whole Crooked Creek Crew you all are the best taking care of our fur babies. The entire staff are friendly and helpful. Dr Jenny Sowell goes above and beyond caring for not only the pet, but takes time to listen and explain what she’s doing for my elderly cat. So thankful for her and all at Crooked Creek.

Very unhappy discussing how much my bill would be with Ema before my husband brought in Dean. Then for another $200 being added for a liver blood test that was NOT needed and being charged $80 for a flea collar that can be purchased for $55 anywhere else. I felt like my husband was taken advantage of. If the money is all that is now being thought of instead of the animals, I may not be recommending my friends anymore. We left Brandon Animal due to them being bought out and costs skyrocketing. We have 5 dogs and 2 cats. We foster kittens all the time, we love animals. But paying more to take your pet to the doctor than taking yourself is sad. I hate that Dr. Rhodes retired, we loved her. Lots of animals will not be getting the care they need, since their owners will not be able to afford their care with all of these big corporations taking over. I want to say that we have always had nothing but positive things to say about Crooked Creek, lots of good folks. But recommending expensive bloodwork to everyone, it s not right.

There was dried blood on the chair in the waiting room and pee pee puddles in the waiting room … they were really busy so they probably didn’t have time to clean immediately so I understand that . But the dried blood was nasty !

I have enjoyed my visits with crooked creek. Everyone has been very helpful. I plan to visit with you again as the need arises.
