I was a little disappointed that Beau’s nails didn’t get trimmed as I requested twice before boarding him. But I would still board him with Crooked Creek because you take such good care of him. An offer was made when the error was brought to attention but I declined.

Dr Sowell was wonderful and compassionate. The lady at the front desk was so kind to walk me to my car in the pouring rain with an umbrella so I won’t get wet. Ms Gracie was not stressed at all on the way home. Thank you all so much taking care of Gracie.

We enjoyed the twins and they loved Rebel. Their mom was great with us too. She gave us some good advice on food as a treat while we are potty training. It worked as well as the treats had the week before and that way we will not get too fat. Thanks everyone is super helpful and sweet.

The whole clinic was amazing from start to finish. I called before making the appointment and she was so sweet. I went in and you could tell everyone was so genuine. The dr answered all of my questions and reassured me. They were quick and patient. Sound carries in there and I could hear them loving on my pup!

We’re always pleased with our visits at Crooked Creek. We normally see Dr Edwards but have seen Dr Rhodes a few times. They are both great! Dr Edwards always takes the time to make sure we understand everything and don’t have any questions left. Melinda is usually our vet tech. She is awesome with our dogs and I never question if they’re in good hands. She’s always gone above and beyond to explain everything and answer any questions we have. I won’t take our animals anywhere else!

From the time we walk in until the time we leave, we receive the best care. Everyone knows Sassy by name and she loves them. The staff is very accommodating to our walk in visits and work around my nursing schedule. Dr Rhodes and Dr Edwards are great with Sassy!

The assistant who came and got my dog said “Your mom can’t save you now.” I have a skittish dog who is scared and her bedside manners were the worst. She brought her back after an anal glands cleaning NOT CLEAN AND SHE STUNK. It really upset me that they asked for me to drug my dog before I brought her in. I have no trouble elsewhere. It is upsetting to me I have used this vet my whole life and so has my family. I have been very dissatisfied with you all in the last two visits. I’m not sure where the disconnect is!
