Staff Provider Facility it self Waiting Time
Waiting area is not inviting and very loud. Bird in cage was stretching, dog from back was howling. Waiting area is plain and looks dirty. Staff was complaining about who was going to work up front or in the back. Doctor was friendly. Price of visit was a little inflated. Overall, I was happy with the Doctor, but the environment almost made me leave before we where ever seen. I was nervous and out of sorts and so was my pet. The environment needs to be more calming and inviting.

my dog recently came in and was very sick. Just to say the lady at the counter with short brown hair with glasses wasn t very nice or helpful. Every time I tried to ask her something it was like I was bothering her and she didn t want to deal with me. I mean, I just brought my dog, my baby, in to be seen because she is sick. Show some compassion for people and their babies. As I was sitting there waiting for them to do surgery on my dog, I noticed how she treated other people. I mean my baby was sick, and clearly something is wrong and I have to deal with a attitude.!She was not nice at all but on the other hand, the 2 lady dr.s were very sweet and seemed real concerned about my baby. Also, Dr.Grillis was very sweet and compassionate. he sat there and answered any questions I had and showed me what they found. I really am thankful to the Drs. they are the ones that made me and dixies visit worth it. the girl with the long brown hair was also sweet. I am sorry I don t know names, but she was very supportive and she told me how Dixie was doing.All I have left to say is show some compassion for people when the are dealing with their babies being worked on. just A she will be ok will show people you care. we pay a lot of money to have our babies looked at. I also, appreciate it when they allowed me time with her and told me to take my time visiting with her.It was already tramstic and all I needed was to have to deal with someone who could carless about us, it was like we were just a number.Put yourself in our shoes, how would you feel?

The young Dr. Was most pleasant and informed me about what he was doing. He also allowed time for questions and answers. Unlike some vets, he explained and didn t tell lies .

Dr. Rhodes is just absolutely the best. She spent lots of time talking with me about everything that was going on with my fur baby. Everyone at the clinic is nothing but pleasant and they show our animals lots of love. We couldn t be in better hands.

I wasn t pleased with the way the front desk person treated me. I had new born babies and no I didn t want to leave them and come back. I had an appointment and no one was there. I wanted to have the tails cut and take them home so I could go to work. Why would I be asked to leave them and come back and get them? Ridiculous. The fee was a bit high as well.

Dr. Grillis and Courtney made a farm visit on Friday, April 21 to PT 25 cows. They were VREY professional and courtesy. I greatly appreciate their time and assistance for making me always want them to come back to my farm! What a great job they did!!!! Thank you, Claude Nash.

I have been coming there for years now. It s just a totally different feel. The front desk staff that you see first are so different from the friendly, personable staff that you used to have at the front desk. It was really bothersome on our last visit. Not sure if we will be back for boarding. May look around at other places. The staff in the back that come out to receive the pets for boarding are friendly and personable.

I have seen Dr Rhodes and Dr Edwards with my horses in the past. I saw Dr Grillis with my dog this time and I loved him. He s a great addition to the practice. I pass several vet offices to get to Crooked Creek. Actually, I live an hour away....I love this clinic !!

While there are too many staff members to remember all their names, everybody there is really kind and helpful. The is one of the most caring and careful Vet clinic/Hospitals have ever known. I d recommend them to anyone!

Doctors used to examine my pet in the room with me. Last several times my pet s examine was done in another room. Then Doctor came in to discuss result s and my pet s over all condition. Really prefer the old way of Doctor examining my pet with me in the exam room.
