I wasn t pleased with the way the front desk person treated me. I had new born babies and no I didn t want to leave them and come back. I had an appointment and no one was there. I wanted to have the tails cut and take them home so I could go to work. Why would I be asked to leave them and come back and get them? Ridiculous. The fee was a bit high as well.

Dr. Grillis and Courtney made a farm visit on Friday, April 21 to PT 25 cows. They were VREY professional and courtesy. I greatly appreciate their time and assistance for making me always want them to come back to my farm! What a great job they did!!!! Thank you, Claude Nash.

I have been coming there for years now. It s just a totally different feel. The front desk staff that you see first are so different from the friendly, personable staff that you used to have at the front desk. It was really bothersome on our last visit. Not sure if we will be back for boarding. May look around at other places. The staff in the back that come out to receive the pets for boarding are friendly and personable.

I have seen Dr Rhodes and Dr Edwards with my horses in the past. I saw Dr Grillis with my dog this time and I loved him. He s a great addition to the practice. I pass several vet offices to get to Crooked Creek. Actually, I live an hour away....I love this clinic !!

While there are too many staff members to remember all their names, everybody there is really kind and helpful. The is one of the most caring and careful Vet clinic/Hospitals have ever known. I d recommend them to anyone!

Doctors used to examine my pet in the room with me. Last several times my pet s examine was done in another room. Then Doctor came in to discuss result s and my pet s over all condition. Really prefer the old way of Doctor examining my pet with me in the exam room.

I love Crooked Creek, and apparently Dingbat is getting used to it as well. One of the assistants told me Dingbat actually let them clip her nails without fighting. Amazing! That s the first time in her life that s happened. I think she knows all of the people there care about her.

I called to make a first time appointment and the staff was very friendly and helpful !!! I was seen the very next day! My visit was very quick. I will ALWAYS use this vet ! Even though I have to travel 30 minutes to it!

I have never had a bad experience with Crooked Creek animal clinic. I couldn t be happier with the people there! When I do have to wait for any reason it never bothers me in the least! If this was not a good clinic then you wouldn t be so swamped all the time! Your entire staff is all so caring and professional in every way.
