i would like to personally brag on Ms. Cynthia at the front desk.. she was so patient with me and was able to answer any questions i had about Nala.. i called multiple times a day and she never seemed to be bothered with all of my questions and concerns.. she was so sweet and very helpful! Thank yall so much for taking such great care of my fur baby:)

You guys are always caring and helpful for our animals. Also, thank you for explaining things so my daughter could understand them! We love Crooked Creek!

I absolutely LOVE everyone who was there for my baby and helped with her at every visit. However, I never get the questions answered I need at the reception desk. I don’t enjoy dealing with them at all. And honestly not sure I will continue my services here due to that.

I love the staff of Crooked Creek. They are always helpful, kind, supportive, and reassuring. Even Sweet Pea and Cookie are at ease with the staff and Dr. Edwards. When I must leave them, I always feel they are in good hands.

Great service and friendly staff, they listen to your concerns and helpful to use over counter meds than using prescription. Great people.

I waited while the older lady played on her phone. Then she finally asked could she help me and in the middle of assisting me a white lady came in and she stopped assisting me and started waiting on her while I waited on the other young lady to finished with her customer to assist me.

I was pleased with the care given to Roscoe, the meds he is taking have made him feel much better.

Everyone was so helpful when we arrived with little Piper taking such good care of her. Thank everyone so much. I think Piper is feeling better

I enjoyed our visit there. I had heard that it was worth the drive and it was. All of the staff was so friendly. I can not thank y’all enough.

The entire staff saved our dog Buddy s life. They. Thought him back and doctored/ nursed him for two difficult days. He has made great progress and appears to on his way to a full recovery. Dr. Rhodes and staff did a great job. Appreciate the home follow-up calls. Can not say enough. Had I been anywhere else Buddy would not be here. Thanks to all.

We asked for the dogs nails to be cut and this was not done. The concern with our older dog Roxie was greatly appreciated.
