Great place. Very nice and affordable. I will tell everyone this is a great place to take your pet.

Dr Edwards does much better then Dr Rhodes with my large dog. She wants to sedate him when all he needed was my husband in the room.

When I arrived to pick up my furbaby, I paid and waited around 10 minutes in the lobby, thinking they were going to get him. Only to find out that the vet tech needed to do the post appt visit. I was sent to a room to wait for another 15 minutes. The tech said they had been very busy but not a soul at the front mentioned it would be a wait. Over 45 minutes after I arrived to pick up my furbaby, I finally headed home. Maybe a little better communication from the front would be great. When I picked up last year from the same procedure,different patient, I was in and out in under 10

This was our first visit to Crooked Creek. Everyone was so nice and friendly.

The receptionist made it very easy to schedule and be seen very quickly. The staff were all nice and courteous, even with my rotti literally standing trying to give everyone hugs. Thanks so much for taking care of our big baby!

I appreciate how friendly the staff is every time I call or bring one of my babies in. I especially appreciate Dr. Grillis for always calling and going over in detail what was done at the appointment, what to expect when we get home, etc. I always feel like all of my questions are legitimate and welcomed.

I LOVE all the staff! Everytime my animals have needed to be seen/treated the staff and Dr s are more than willing to assist and answer all my questions and concerns. They take the time to get to know their patient s and become personable instead of just a chart number.

Dr. Grillis is wonderful! He took the time to go over everything about Cooper’s appointment.

I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets.

The parking lot was clean....don t know about the office. We still can t go inside. Dr. Grillis was excellent on the phone call briefing!

Cynthia is very friendly and always polite! She takes time to answer all my questions about my babies ?

All staff members were friendly and helpful. Only thing I do not like is not being able to go in with my doggie who suffers from anxiety. Next appt. he will have a sedative type pill to help with that as suggested by doctor. Thank you! And hopefully next visit I can accompany my doggo in so he won t be so scared.

Awesome visit see y all in April

I can’t quite remember the staff members name but it was the lady in the office that answers phones. She was great about answering any of my questions and talking about what all I needed done with my fur baby Dixie Mae. I was a little worried because Dixie isn’t around many people besides the same people all the time so I was a little worried about how she would do with other people but everyone said she was just so sweet. The saying “bark is worse than the bite” is an understatement because she does have a deep scary bark but Dixie is a big baby and did really well with everyone. Also Dr. Grillis is amazing! He has treated Dixie since we have gotten her almost a year ago! Will not go anywhere else but Crooked Creek!!!

I took my dog in for a dental. Before the procedure, Dr. Edwards called me and discussed removing a fatty tumor my dog had that needed to be removed and offered to remove it for her while she was already asleep. I thought it was very thoughtful of him to think of her well-being as well as give me the opportunity to save money instead of bringing her back later for another procedure. Adrienne loved on my girl and gave her the cutest pressure dressing! My dog loves her friends at CCAH!
