Kathy, Haley and Georgina and the long dark hair young lady and the tail light red headed young lake (can t think of their names) always go above and beyond the call of duty. I love them and so does my dogs. Animals know who loves them.

Staff Provider Waiting Time
These are very challenging times. Crooked Creek Animal Hospital staff is working hard to make sure we can get loving, quality care for my fur babies. The way we are seen and wait are very different right now, but it has been positive. The staff continues to think outside the box to try to have patients seen timely and pet owners informed. Thank you for all you do.

I love the staff so friendly during my visit. The only thing I didn’t like , and it’s been since I’ve been bringing my babies, I don’t like not being able to see him getting a physical done. I don’t know if he really got shots or not . I don’t know if they really checked for worms. I’m sorry I just would like to see it being done. Other than that, I love the clinic and dr.

Our visit was decent. I was not happy with the fact that no one called me to tell me that my pet was ready to be picked up after a surgery. The procedure that was requested was not performed on my pet and no one called to tell me there was an issue. The older receptionist at the front was not very friendly. I’m not sure if she was busy or distracted but she was not very welcoming.

This was our second visit to crooked creek and each time has been the same. Friendly staff, given time to ask questions, given helpful tips on helping to train my puppy. Everyone there truly has a love for animals, and it shows in all they do.

Tank is always excited when he gets out of the car!! He loves it there and I have no problem leaving him with y’all when I go out of town! Everyone is always so kind when we come in! That means so much to me and I know that he is being taken care of while there.
