Dingbat is a challenge, but I wouldn t take her anywhere else but Crooked Creek. You can handle her better than anyone. Thanks for all your good care.

The entire staff is so nice and friendly. Dr. Grillis is wonderful. He took the time to explain all the tests done and made me feel at ease. Just a great place overall!

The candles burning in the exam rooms were too much. I m sure they are there for a reason but it bothers my sinuses.

When giving someone an estimate on the products and services needed please know how to do the math correctly. Was given the wrong estimate over the phone. Got to the clinic and the price was over $100 more than what I was quoted.

I can t understand why if my poo bear Dory feels pain why she needs to lose weight before getting help with her pain...it s like saying cause I m a big girl, I should be punished for being overweight and deal with my pain.

Dr Grillis a great deal of time explaining treatment options for my Shug which was very much appreciated. Katlyn Harris was very kind and informative as well as the entire staff. We are fairly new to this clinic and have really been impressed with the time and compassion taken by each employee to make us feel welcome and secure in the treatment we have received. I breed and raise English Bulldogs and will definitely be returning.

Every time I ve brought Orion to be seen, have medical attention given, and to stay for the day or extended stays, I ve been very happy because my fur baby is very happy there!! I love everyone from the front desk staff, kennel staff, and all who treat my pet as though he was their own.

LeRoy loves to come visit his favorite people, especially Hailey (and her treats). We absolutely love everyone at this clinic! We tell everyone to come bring their pets to y’all.

Everybody there treats Miss Molly and Miss Maggie like their own and we are very, very appreciative of that. We are fortunate to have such a great care facility in our midst!

I rated everything with 5 stars but it didn’t look like it went through. All of the staff is wonderful and I love the fact when I bring Charlie and Napa in, they genuinely seem happy to see our pets.

The young ladies that worked in Kennel were very nice and very helpful to my puppy Coco
