All employees at Crooked Creek are professional and polite. I thoroughly recommended this clinic to all friends and relatives.

I really like the staff, however, they never introduce themselves, so you have no idea who you’re working with for your fur baby. That’s my one wish for improvement.

This was our second visit to crooked creek and each time has been the same. Friendly staff, given time to ask questions, given helpful tips on helping to train my puppy. Everyone there truly has a love for animals, and it shows in all they do.

Tank is always excited when he gets out of the car!! He loves it there and I have no problem leaving him with y’all when I go out of town! Everyone is always so kind when we come in! That means so much to me and I know that he is being taken care of while there.

Doctors/staff friendly, knowledgeable and we appreciate all comments,rrecommendations, concerns about our puppy, Wolf. We have had two visits to facility and it is alwas clean & treats on hand for our pup. It means so much to us to see our puppy interact with Doctors/Staff and not be afraid. Morgan was just AMAZING!!! She even helped me clean up my car where both of my babies got sick. Her obvious love for animals made me extremely comfortable to have her helping my fur babies!! The veterinarian (Dr. Rhoades, I think??) was incredibly thorough. Everyone took great care of my babies & I ll never take them anywhere else!

Haley at the front desk is amazing! She answered all my questions and was able to help me with my baby in every way!! Can’t thank her enough and the doctors.

The entire staff is so nice and friendly. Dr. Grillis is wonderful. He took the time to explain all the tests done and made me feel at ease. Just a great place overall!

The candles burning in the exam rooms were too much. I m sure they are there for a reason but it bothers my sinuses.

When giving someone an estimate on the products and services needed please know how to do the math correctly. Was given the wrong estimate over the phone. Got to the clinic and the price was over $100 more than what I was quoted.
