Very Happy with Auburn Veterinary Service and being able to get Lexi in such a timely fashion and to see Dr. Kyle the same day I called. Everyone was very nice and helpful and Dr. Kyle was great in explaining everything to us. Great verterinary office.

I have received a call back from Dr. Kyle regarding my visit with Fritz. My problem is I still need medication for his ears and I cannot recieve calls only text messages as my phone is business & forwarded to my son. I was told he does not text back? May Dr.Kyle please call my wife Kathy at 217-341-9271 to figure out the medication we need....please!

All three of my dogs were seen this past week for preventative care/annual shots. I appreciate the fantastic treatment always given to our pets by the staff of Auburn Vet Service!

May be a little bit pricey but the care, compassion, & service is excellent!

The office visits and charges are higher than my old vet. Overall was a good experience.

We have taken our beloved pets here for years and have always received superior care and compassion.

If you can’t pick up your animal for unforeseen reasons (life happens, your not God, you can’t control the universe) they should make accommodations for your animal despite the day it is.

Idk if these registered or not but I marked excellent in all areas. Great staff!

Possibly suggest alternative options or give suggestions to pet owners whose pet exhibits aggression to other animals due to anxiety. My pitbull is a rescue, who acts aggressively towards other dogs out of fear and I felt so terrible when she was barking at other dogs as they were exiting the office. Someone made a comment that my dog wanted to eat her Doberman puppy and it actually made me cry.

It was our first time brining one of our babies there and to say the least we were very I pressed with the whole experience. And 24hrs after Sasha’s surgery she’s back to being her old Sasha self and we couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you so much for taking care of our girl.
