I wasn t able to bring my dog in as he can t get in a vehicle due to his hips. Kristy takes time after work to stop by and give him his shots or trims his nails. She is a great vet and loves these animals. I can t say enough good things about her. So appreciative for her.

The vet came to my home because I was unable to get my cat into the clinic. She and her assistant were so gentle with my cat and kept her calm while they gave her some shots that she needed. They advised me on her condition and recommended some tests in the future due to her getting older. She was very nice and made the visit easy on my cat. Very satisfied.

Harley was well taken care of. She is doing great. You guys are all great as always. Thanks.

While this was the hardest appointment I’ve ever had it was handled with so much kindness. I admire Dr. Kristi and her team. They were strong for me but also hugged me and showed sympathy and support. Dr. Kristi’s follow up has been amazing. She and Chelsea have been so kind as I’ve second guessed myself. They even paid attention to detail and remembered to take my beloved deceased pet’s name off a shared prescription. Dr. Kristi held my pet with so much tenderness. I’m thankful to have the support of these amazing people!

Auburn Veterinary Service is Always Great! In every way!

What a great place AVS is. The entire staff are some of the most caring and professional individuals we have ever met. They make you feel like your pet is the most important thing in the world.....and of course they are. Our dog is now in her older years but her care from puppy-hood to current day has always been top notch. From routine to acute and now chronic care, these folks have simply been the best veterinary service that we have ever used.

Forgot to request the Military Discount. Can I get an adjustment?

I feel that the billing procedure is a little poor. The customer should be able to see what exactly they are paying for instead of just being given a total. Also I feel that $48 for a wellness visit for a barn kitten that was just there to receive a vaccination shot is a farce! If we had know that we would have been charged for the wellness visit before coming to get the cat vaccinated, we never would have brought the cat. My wife asked specifically what the vaccine cost and she was told $14. Never a mention of an office visit charge. I would have ask to administer the shot myself had I know it was going to cost that much. We have been using your services for 7 years now and have been satisfied to this point, but I think your fees for seeing an animal being what they are, you will price yourselves out of the market.

They are excellent. Should not change one thing. All staff is professional, understanding and care about your pet.
