Chelsea and Janine have been so very helpful with assisting us with filing our pet insurance claims. You don t know how much that means to me to have someone help me with my paperwork. I know we all have paperwork, but I just get overwhelmed with it. Their kindness and assistance not only lightens my load, but it really helps with getting reimbursed for their care. And that helps us out financially a whole lot. We always think highly of AVS.

I have been going to AVS for years, and I have never been dissatisfied with the services received. I can guarantee I will continue to go there for as long as I have pets. The staff and doctors are all wonderful.

I appreciate the interest that Kristi has in my animal/family member. It was comforting to know that she does care about my aging animal and tried her and me comfortable in the results of new tests and life plan.

I think the doctors and staff are all great! They are so good to my animals and so kind to me. I always get a total cost from them. I think it would be grest for them to go through the charges with you. I really don’t know what each item costs until i look at the bill. Even better if they would let you know what the charges will be when you tell them what you are bringing your animals in for.

I was told on phone that my bill for my kitten would be 70.00. When I left.it was almost 100.00. And I told the girl on the phone everything she needed done and I needed to now the price because I m on a fixed income. I canceled my next appointment with you guys because this has happened more then one with our other pets.

The staff are always kind and caring. I wouldn’t leave my kid with anyone else.

I love it that you guys make house appointments, I can work from home and not worry about bringing in my very hyper cat.
