Chelsea and Janine have been so very helpful with assisting us with filing our pet insurance claims. You don t know how much that means to me to have someone help me with my paperwork. I know we all have paperwork, but I just get overwhelmed with it. Their kindness and assistance not only lightens my load, but it really helps with getting reimbursed for their care. And that helps us out financially a whole lot. We always think highly of AVS.
