I think the doctors and staff are all great! They are so good to my animals and so kind to me. I always get a total cost from them. I think it would be grest for them to go through the charges with you. I really don’t know what each item costs until i look at the bill. Even better if they would let you know what the charges will be when you tell them what you are bringing your animals in for.

I was told on phone that my bill for my kitten would be 70.00. When I left.it was almost 100.00. And I told the girl on the phone everything she needed done and I needed to now the price because I m on a fixed income. I canceled my next appointment with you guys because this has happened more then one with our other pets.

The staff are always kind and caring. I wouldn’t leave my kid with anyone else.

I love it that you guys make house appointments, I can work from home and not worry about bringing in my very hyper cat.

Both vets are excellent. Dr Kyle checked Peabody out and indicated that the new bare spot by his nose might not be totally furred in the future. The staff was extremely helpful especially when I couldn t get my dog under control. Other vets I have been to in the past just stood back and did nothing, your staff jumped right in to help. This one of the reason we switched to them, we heard only positive recommendations when asking around about a year and a half ago.

My cat was sick and they said to bring him over and they would work him in since they had no appointments available. We were so happy that they went out of their way to do this...they are great to work with!! Love this clinic!
