The staff is very kind and helpful. They are very compassionate to the animals and really know how to work with them. I m very happy with the quality of care, and the facilities are beautiful!

We have a rescue dog, he is very skittish and shy. Dr. Kristie and all the staff there are very patient with Randall and me. I dreaded taking him because he had to get vaccines and a blood draw, they made the experience very comfortable for me and Randall. I would never take him anywhere else.

You all were great with with Holly. She is doing better. I put litter box where she was using my carpet. She is using it. Now I have to slowly move it to the laundry room with the other two boxes and pray she doesn t go back to the carpet.

I called with an emergency. Sabra, my beloved cat of 10 years, had not eaten in 3 days. She had been a bit sluggish for a couple days. I came home from work on the 3rd day of concern. She had deteriorated quickly. I called immediately! Dr. Kyle did a full blood work up. He said that all of her organs were working fine. BUT, her red blood cells were at 11%. OMG! His was crucial! This could be a parasite! Since the the red blood cells were SO low, if any excitement, she could pass. Luckily, in 2 days, with rest, she felt better. Now, she is eating, drinking, puring, and much more alert. I connot thank him enough. Dr Kristy has been through a couple of my best friends having to be put down. She has cried right along with me. I am thankful to have found these wonderful ppl. The staff is, also, AMAZING. PS. They ABSOLUTELY love BERTHA

I am so pleased with the treatment and care of my pets by the staff that I have told all of my family and friends about Auburn Veterinarian Services. There have been no misdiagnosis to try to get more money out of me and a problem one of my cats had was correctly diagnosed and taken care of with the proper treatment, He is a very happy and healthy baby now.
